The Bible is still the most popular book in the world. It is because the Bible has the power in changing lives. It is a book of life that touches people’s heart. We read the Bible for life and not merely for knowledge and ethic standard. How should we master the essence of the Bible? By sharing chapter 10 of Book of Mark, Rev. Lo Lung-kwong pointed out that the Bible can change our life attitude, direction and value system.

From Chinese Union Version to Revised Chinese Union Version – Passing on the Scripture

More than 50 years ago, the Bible was burnt in mainland China, yet the number of Christians has increased instead of decreased today. It is because people can experienced the power of life in difficulties, and this power comes from reading the Bible. From the first complete Chinese Bible Shen Tian Sheng Shu in 1823, to the Chinese Union Version in 1919, today, the Chinese language has many changes. So, the Chinese Union Version has to be revised.
