Warm welcome from the Hong Kong Bible Society!

By God’s grace and fellowship support of United Bible Societies, the Hong Kong Bible Society founded its corner stone in this place since 1950.

For many years we have accomplished our mission which is to make Scriptures available at a price that people can afford, in a language they can understand and in a format they can appreciate. Now we support our fellowship members in third world countries to do the same. This can only be realized by fervent and caring Christians' persistent prayers and donation.

May God's Word treasured in people who delight in him!

Translation : to assist the United Bible Societies in the translation work of the Chinese Bible. Our latest project is to revise the Chinese Union Version (link to RCUV page) , the most popular Bible version among Chinese Churches.

Publication : to publish the Bible in various editions and formats and other Chinese scriptural reading materials, and to print the Bible and other scriptural reading materials in various languages for Bible Societies in many parts of the world.

Distribution : to supply Bibles to the churches and more than 100 bookroom agents in Hong Kong and Macau. Trade discounts are offered to the bookstores.

Promotion : to cooperate with churches and organizations in planning the distribution of the Scriptures. To encourage visiting of our Scripture Exhibition Room that contains many copies of the Bible of different editions printed in over 100 languages, as well as DVD videos introducing information about the Bible.
